If there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email info@shopvenvs.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.

Everyday Jewelry

We offer 14-day returns for all everyday jewelry purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $7 is charged for all returns. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount.
