Shop VENVS Limited Lifetime Warranty
At Shop VENVS, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our unique engagement rings. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on any manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.
What Our Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing Defects: Any issues with materials or craftsmanship, such as defects in metalwork or setting, will be covered under this warranty.
- Lost Melee (Small Side Diamonds): We cover the replacement of lost melee stones if there is no visible accidental damage to the ring.
- One Free Resize: If your ring does not fit properly upon arrival, we offer one free resize to ensure a perfect fit.
What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Neglect and Abuse: Any damage resulting from neglect, misuse, or abuse of the ring is not covered by this warranty.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and minor aesthetic changes, are not covered.
- Stone Loss Due to Damage or Bent Prongs: While we ensure that all stones are securely set, we do not cover the replacement of stones lost due to accidentally damaged or bent prongs.
Repair and Replacement
We are committed to assisting you with any repairs or replacements needed:
- Repair Services: If your ring requires repair, please contact us. We will be happy to fix your ring or replace any stones. Costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- Stone Replacement: We can help source a stone that is similar in size and can be set into your existing ring. Costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty Voidance
Please note that our manufacturer's warranty will be void if the ring is handled, altered, or repaired by another jeweler. To maintain the integrity of your warranty, ensure all repairs and modifications are conducted by Shop VENVS.
