Engagement Rings & Stackable Bands

All engagement rings (custom or ready-to-ship) and stackable bands are final sale.

Each piece is handcrafted with great care and, in the case of custom rings, made specifically to your selections—this includes metal type, ring size, stone shape, and setting style. Because of the made-to-order nature and the level of craftsmanship involved, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We also work with a wide variety of natural and alternative gemstones, such as salt and pepper diamonds, moss agate, and other stones with naturally occurring inclusions or surface characteristics. These unique details are what make each stone one-of-a-kind and are not considered flaws. All stones are thoroughly inspected before setting to ensure they are structurally sound and meet our quality standards.

If you have questions about stone appearance or durability, we are always happy to provide additional photos, videos, or offer a complimentary consultation to help you feel confident in your choice.

If your ring arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@shopvenvs.com within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we are happy to offer a repair or replacement. Please note that we reserve the right to deny a claim if there is clear evidence of misuse or intentional damage.


Everyday Jewelry

Everyday jewelry items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (including box, pouch, and any tags). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. A flat $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.

To start a return, please email info@shopvenvs.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if there is evidence of misuse or intentional damage.

Free Resizing
All VENVS rings come with one complimentary resizing to ensure the perfect fit.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
Our lifetime manufacturer’s warranty covers small issues that may arise under normal wear—such as:

  • Loose or dislodged stones (not caused by impact or misuse)
  • Minor manufacturing defects

If covered, your ring will be repaired at no cost.

Warranty Limitations
  • The warranty does not cover accidental damage, theft, loss, or general wear and tear (like scratches or dents).
  • It is void if the ring has been altered or repaired by any jeweler other than VENVS.

Extended Warranty Option


We also offer an extended warranty that covers accidental damage. This includes things like chipped stones, bent bands, or prongs damaged by impact. If you're interested, feel free to message us for more information.

To begin a warranty claim, email us with your order details and photos of the issue. We'll review and provide next steps for repair.
