Engagement rings (both custom and ready-to-ship) and stackable bands are FINAL SALE.

Salt and pepper diamonds, known for their unique natural inclusions, are carefully inspected to ensure their structural integrity before being set in a ring. Please note that minor surface inclusions are a natural characteristic of these stones and do not compromise their quality or durability. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on engagement rings or stackable bands.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please email us at info@shopvenvs.com within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse replacement requests if we determine the items were intentionally damaged or misused.

We offer 14-day returns for everyday jewelry purchases. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
