At VENVS, every ring is handled with intention and care. Below you’ll find details regarding processing, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and what to expect once your order has left our studio.
Processing Time
All ready-to-ship orders require 2–3 business days for processing prior to shipment.
Every piece undergoes a final quality assurance inspection before leaving our studio to ensure it meets our standards.
If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can confirm availability and timeline feasibility. Delivery deadlines are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing before purchase.

- FedEx Express (available as an upgrade at checkout)
International Orders

Shipping carrier selection may vary depending on destination and service availability.
Estimated Shipping Times (After Processing)
- USPS Ground Advantage: 5–7 business days
- FedEx Express: 2–3 business days
Shipping timelines begin once your package has shipped and do not include processing time.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
What if my order is lost during transit?
If your order appears lost during transit, please contact the Shop VENVS Team immediately at info@shopvenvs.com.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to locate your package and assist with next steps, including replacement if deemed necessary.
Please note:
Shop VENVS is not liable for missing packages marked as delivered according to carrier tracking information.
What if my order is delayed during shipping?
Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, or internal carrier disruptions.
Once a package leaves our facility, we are unable to:
- Alter shipping speed
- Reroute packages
- Expedite delivery
- Override carrier-related delays
We appreciate your understanding in these rare but unavoidable situations.
International Shipping Policy
The following terms apply to all international orders:
- Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, customs fees, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
- All such fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Shop VENVS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- If a delivery is refused due to customs fees, duties, taxes, or country-specific restrictions, all costs incurred (including return shipping and associated fees) are the responsibility of the purchaser.
