Shipping Information

How will my order ship?


Within the United States, orders are shipped via USPS First Class or FedEx (if the purchaser selects an upgraded option). For international orders, we use FedEx International or DHL (see additional details in the International Shipping Policy below).

Average Shipping Times:

  • USPS Ground: 5–7 business days

What happens if my order is lost in transit?


If your order is lost during transit, please contact the Shop VENVS Team at info@shopvenvs.com as soon as possible. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If necessary, we will replace the item. Please note, however, that Shop VENVS is not liable for missing packages if the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered.


What if my order is delayed?


Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or technical issues within the shipping carrier's network. Once your package leaves our facility, we cannot alter the shipping speed or resolve delays caused by external factors.


International Shipping Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

  • Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Shop VENVS is not responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties, VAT, tariffs, or any associated costs that may arise during shipping.
  • Shop VENVS is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs processing or other international shipping issues.
  • Any costs incurred due to refused delivery (e.g., high customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, or restrictions imposed by the destination country) are the responsibility of the purchaser.
