The Vulcan is one of my favorites, and this is the classic. A 1.07ct round natural diamond sits low in a smooth full bezel at the center of a domed signet face, and the shoulders ripple out in soft ribbed waves that carry down into the band. That ribbing is the whole personality of it, it catches the light in these fine ridges so the gold does just as much work as the diamond. It sits close to the finger with nothing to snag on, substantial and sculptural but genuinely easy to live in.
