How long will it take
Ready to ship rings leave the studio within three business days. Custom pieces run about eight to ten weeks from the first sketch to the box. If you have a date, tell us at the start and we will work back from it.
Resizing
Every custom ring comes with one free resize within the first year, so you can wear it a while before deciding.
Resizing a ready to ship ring is a separate service and does not use your free resize, since that piece was made before we knew your size. We will quote it before any work starts.
Some settings, particularly eternity bands and anything with stones all the way around, cannot be resized. We will always tell you before you buy.
About the stones
We work almost entirely in lab grown diamonds and coloured stones. Same chemistry and same hardness as mined, with traceable origins and more carat for the money.
Salt and pepper diamonds, moss agate and other natural stones are one of a kind, so the ring you receive is the exact stone in the photos.
Every centre stone over one carat comes with its certificate.
